Along with Bare Acts on all labour laws,we also write commentaries relating to various labour laws such as Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions & Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, The Trade Unions Act, The Contract Labour (Regulation  & Abolition) Act,  The Factories Act, The  Employees State Insurance Act, The Employees Provident Fund Act, Industrial Disputes Act, The Workmens Compensation Act (now known as Employees Compensation Act), as well as a Comprehensive Book titled “Labour Management Forms and Precedents “ along with another Book titled “Labour Laws for Everyday Made Easy”.  These Books have been widely accepted and are now in their 3rd Edition.

The Founding Member was also a visiting Faculty in a Law College attached to Mumbai University as well as in a specialised Post Graduate Diploma Course for Medical Administration in Hospitals. Our Managing Partner and Senior Partnerare Chairman and Co-Chairman of the Human Resource/Labour Laws and People Management Committee of IMC since the year 2010-2011, till date.

Our group members have also been assisting “The Institute of COST & Works Accountants of India Western India Regional Council”. They were also on the panel of FICCI and handled their Labour cases for Western Region. Similarly, Our firm has also been doing Pro -Bono work for several Trusts, NGO’s and Philanthropic Organisations.
